STUNNING G, a handicraft online boutique based in London, was co-founded by a group of friends.

All our pieces are made by hand. Although they would take longer time to be produced, there's always a lot of love, care and attention to detail to create something unique and to be treasured.
 
As handmade lover, STUNNING G documents the beauty and tenderness of the life through the practice of “made by hands”.
 
We live in a high-speed world. The pace of most of our lives seems to be getting faster and more frenetic every year. STUNNING G encourages people to be slow with fashion. Slow to conceptualize, produce, choose, purchase, use, and discard.
 
“100% handmade with love” is a slogan, but it’s also a commitment to consumers.
 
When you buy handmade in our e-store, you are buying a commitment of authenticity, a guarantee that no other piece will ever be the same, a promise that all pieces will be made with good intentions and love.

During university grad trip, we went to Turkey, Morocco, China, India and Thailand. We met beautiful and incredible variety of handicrafts from countries with long history. Craftsmanship describes a culture, a way of life, it’s the trace of human civilization. In the day without machine, our ancestors worked hard to live by their hands. Machines has brought us convenience, but it has also greatly impacted the handicraft industry. It takes at least three days to hand knit a jumper, but a machine can make thousands in just one day.
 
Now, there are fewer people engaged in handicrafts. Some traditional craftsmanship, perhaps the most tangible manifestation of intangible cultural heritage, are disappearing.
 
Thankfully, there are still many people love handmade and are working on supporting craftsmanship, like you and us.
 
Unlike mass produced commercial items, Handmade products are created in small batches. They are usually made in small studios, not large production facilities. Some small independent studios we visited are run by only one person.
 
STUNNING G is here to support, supporting those small & handmade, and help handicrafts travel tens of thousands of miles to reach worldwide consumers.

Why STUNNING G?

Having studied computer science, digital humanities and digital marketing at King’s College London, we were all working in different industries to save money for building our loved business.
 
We need to be honest, STUNNING G is just a startup. We only have this official online shop now, but we’are preparing to open offline stores. STUNNING G is not perfect, but we strive to make it ‘strong’.
 
All our pieces are made to order, which means less waste and avoids accumulating unnecessary stock.
 
Handicrafters & Artists we work with spend an average of 130 minutes on Each piece.
